The predominance of Robusta beans – selected from the best plantations in Asia and subjected to a special “pressure” roasting – gives this coffee a decisive, soft flavour on the palate, with pleasant chocolate tones, and a dense, persistent cream with a beautiful brown colour. Small quantities of selected Arabica will then further enrich the aroma and give this blend the right balance.
