Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules are a relatively new format on the capsule scene, but they have quickly caught on; in 2015 there were more than 30 million consumers in the world enjoying this format.
Four coffee blends are available at Capsule House: Classico, Intenso, Supremo 100% Arabica and Decaffeinato.
Meseta Intenso Dolce Gusto compatible capsules create a highly aromatic coffee, with notes of spices and fresh fruit; the dark roasting of the beans adds a strong roasted aroma. In the cup, it’s a full-bodied drink, with a dark, dense and persistent cream. On your palate, the coffee has an intense, decisive flavour, created for people who love strong coffee, with a pleasant touch of acidity and a persistent aftertaste.
Like all Meseta brand coffee, Intenso is a quality product, made in Italy, where every step in production is highly controlled. This begins with the selection of coffee beans, from certified producers only, and continues through to the roasting stage, which takes place in a controlled environment using the most modern equipment. Finally, skilled tasters create the blend by combining different types of coffee. Once the organoleptic profile has been defined, the coffee is ground and then inserted into capsules; even during the packaging stage, everything is carefully monitored.
The Intenso blend is available in boxes of 16 self-protected capsules, so they can be exposed to the air, inside their box or in a practical capsule case. Each pack contains 6 boxes, for a total of 96 capsules.
