The 100% Arabica coffees are produced exclusively with beans obtained from this variety, unlike a lot of blends that present different percentages of Arabica and Robusta. The Arabica variety is considered a more exclusive quality because its plants grow at a higher altitude, are more delicate and the beans are hand picked (with the so called “picking”), while the more resistant Robusta plant is more commonly picked mechanically (“stripping”).
An enviable rich aromatic profile
Of the many blends available on the market, the 100% Arabica coffee stands out for its intense fragrances and particularly rich aromatic profiles, while its flavour is generally round, slightly acidic with a pleasant hint of bitterness. For those who enjoy this variety, Meseta recommends the Supremo blend in A Modo Mio compatible capsules.
A coffee with an unmistakeable aroma, whose roasted fragrance is enhanced with scents of flowers and fresh fruit. The cream has a thick texture and a hazelnut colour with clear hues. Its taste is velvety, a little bitter and slightly acidic: an elegant, delicate mix, perfect for any occasion.
The Supremo blend comes in boxes of 100 capsules. The particular structure and closure of the capsules (so called “self-protecting”) guarantee the perfect integrity of the ground coffee, that preserves all its aroma even after the box has been opened.
